The Short Version
Group health costs are shaped by more than the premium you're quoted each year. Plan design, claims history, employee makeup, and market conditions all play a role, and most businesses only ever see the result: a renewal number that went up again.
A review looks at what's actually driving your cost and friction, and whether the current structure is still the right fit or just the path of least resistance. Where it makes sense, we may also look at alternative structures through our broader carrier relationships, always specific to what's actually available to your business.
We won't tell you what changes before we've looked at your situation. Some businesses have something worth pursuing here. Others don't, and we'll say so.
A Review, Not a Pitch
We can't promise a specific rate, a guaranteed renewal, or that switching carriers is the right move for your business, and we won't tell you otherwise before we've looked at your numbers.
What we can do is help you see whether your current group health structure is actually the only option available to you, or just the one you've re-shopped the longest. If there's a more predictable or more competitive structure that fits your business, we'll show you the actual numbers. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
If your CPA or broker wants to be part of the conversation, that's welcome. We're not here to replace them.
Common Questions
Does this replace our current health insurance?
Not automatically. A review tells you whether your current structure is still the right fit, or whether an alternative is worth considering. Nothing changes unless it makes sense for your business, and you decide either way.
Will you tell us to switch carriers?
Only if the numbers support it. Some businesses have a real opportunity here. Others are already in a reasonably good spot, and we'll tell you that directly.
Do we need to already have group health to talk to you?
No. If you don't currently offer major medical coverage, that's still a conversation worth having, just a different one.
What if we're happy with our current broker?
That's fine. We're not here to replace your broker, and they're welcome in the conversation. This is about whether the underlying structure is worth a second look, not about who you work with.
Is there a cost to see if this applies to us?
No. Looking at your situation and telling you plainly whether there's something worth pursuing doesn't cost you anything.
